Ilaria Sarnicola, researcher in the Neural Circuits of Social Behavior Group at the Center for Neuroscience and Cell Biology of the University of Coimbra (CNC-UC), has been awarded a Doctoral INPhINIT Fellowship by the "la Caixa" Foundation.

The INPhINIT Incoming fellowships are part of a highly competitive program that supports outstanding international researchers in pursuing doctoral studies at top research institutions in Spain and Portugal. Funded by the "la Caixa" Foundation, the program promotes excellence in research and provides comprehensive training in innovative scientific environments.

This fellowship will enable Ilaria to deepen her investigation into the neural circuits that shape social behavior, strengthening CNC-UC’s ongoing efforts to advance neuroscience and biomedical research.
