National Biotechnology Festival took place at Pavilhão do Conhecimento, in Lisbon, from 10 to 12 April 2015. Hands-on activities and debates were organized with the support of Portuguese scientific institutions to target students, teachers and the general public.
The festival was organized by Ciência Viva in the scope of World Biotech Tour – an international project that aimed to disseminate the knowledge and relevance of Biotechnology in our lives.
The project is coordinated by Association of Science-Technology Centers (ASTC), with support of Biogen Foundation, and happed from 2015 to 2017, gathering 12 Science Centres from all over the world.
